The public website uses no advertising or third-party tracking scripts. Your language, appearance and banner preference may be saved in your browser. Contact forms open your own email application.

Congregation records

The app processes publisher names, contact details, household and group relationships, ministry reports, meeting assignments, attendance and approved account emails, as entered by authorized users. Standard-mode records are stored in Supabase in Mumbai, India. GitHub Pages serves the public website and app assets. Those providers process technical connection information under their own policies.

The service operator can technically access server-stored records. Application roles limit authorized users to their congregation and assigned scope. Public links grant their holders access to a specific form or schedule.

On your device

Authorized records and supported drafts may be cached locally for offline use. Downloaded exports and PDFs remain on your device. The on-device assistant does not transmit or retain the command text; confirmed structured records are saved through the app.

Your choices

Administrators can download exports and recovery backups from Settings. Contact your congregation administrator (support email is not active yet) for access, correction, retention or deletion requests. Keep an accessible copy before deleting a workspace or clearing device storage.
